We may update our services, availability, and pricing. Changes will not alter charges already agreed upon for a confirmed booking without notifying you and obtaining agreement where required.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

You may request an appointment through our website or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability.

Please provide accurate booking information and notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee where the applicable fee and cancellation terms were disclosed and accepted when booking.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you using the details you provided and arrange an alternative or address any payment for services we cannot provide.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For credit or debit card payments, the cardholder must be present and provide valid identification.

Applicable prices and additional charges will be communicated before you authorize the service. Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and availability.
