If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
Payment for services must be made at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments. If paying by credit or debit card, the cardholder must be present at the time of the appointment and must provide a valid ID.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
